The card says....

TO BE THE BEST THAT YOU CAN BE,
TO TRUST YOUR OWN ABILITY,
TO LIVE THE WAY YOU WANT TO LIVE,
TO TAKE WHAT EACH NEW DAY CAN GIVE YOU,
TO HAVE WHAT MEANS THE MOST TO YOU,
TO DO THE THINGS YOU WANT TO DO,
TO WELCOME CHANGE,
TO LEARN AND GROW,
TO BUILD ON WHAT YOU THINK AND KNOW,
TO HAVE A DREAM YOU'RE REACHING FOR,
TO LOOK AHEAD TO WHATS IN STORE=

LIFE CAN BE ALL THIS AND MORE
